Ordering Instructions - We have thread colors to match all the ropes, some are unlisted. We may ask for a higher-resolution file via email if we have trouble vectorizing. - Custom Patch Shape - We can absolutely do custom patch shapes, but do have limitations as the patch is stitched on. If your logo is a spider with eight long legs, we probably would not be able to accommodate a die cut on that patch. but we will always try before saying no! Proofs, Mockups and Designing - We offer proofs with every order, at no extra charge. Proofs are issued 5 to 7 days after you place your order. We dont issue proofs or mock ups prior to an order being placed. Please keep an eye on messages as that is where we will issue the proof. - Temporary Holiday Design Limitations: From November 1st to December 20th, we are not able to offer as extensive design services as we would usually include with a standard order. During this time, we are only able to design a patch with a basic stock image, two lines of text and a one revision durin proofing. If you feel like you'd like further patch designing, please message and we can provide you with referrals for graphic designers. This does not apply to basic modifications to provided or existing artwork. We use 100% Genuine, veg tanned full grain leather for our hats. Seeing that our leather is not made by the hands of man, this causes every piece to be slightly different and will most likely have "character". We do, however, ensure there will be no tears, scars or any other unsightly defects on your patch. We try our best to convey the colors of hats, patches and threads. Your view of these may be different due to screen settings. If the hat is vastly different than what you believed you ordered, or for whatever reason you are genuinely unhappy with the hat, we are happy to replace it at no cost.
