Why the app was lost

The app may not appear on the phone screen for a number of reasons. Among them:

  • App deleted;

With the exception of tools not included, in all other cases it is possible to restore the app to the mobile screen by accessing the app list. This is a store or library of apps installed on your Android or iPhone.

Where is the list of mobile apps

On Android, the app list is known as the app drawer. On the iPhone (iOS), it is called the App Library. However, in both systems they have the same goal, which is to list all the apps stored on the mobile phone.

The method of accessing the app list may vary depending on the version of the operating system and the model of the smartphone. But in general, it is as follows:

  • On Android: on the home screen, drag the screen from bottom to top to display the app;
  • On iPhone: From the first screen, drag the screen from right to left and touch the “Program Library” search bar.
