The municipality’s junior secretary of health, orthopedic surgeon Marcos Gonçalves, said the aim of the task force was to remove the surgical queue through the State Control System, with an investment of R $ 7,204,264.48 and the City Hall. In total, according to him, 14,875 procedures are available for the entire Norte Fluminense Region.
